  • Damaged, spoiled, or unfit-for-consumption product received.
  • Missing items in your order.
  • Refund requests must be raised within 2 hours of delivery along with clear photo/video proof.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Improper storage/handling of the product by the customer.
  • Refund request raised after the allowed time window.
3. Refund Method
  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (PhonePe / UPI / Bank Account linked with PhonePe).
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
