At https://www.machleez.com/, we ensure that all meat products are delivered fresh, hygienic, and in sealed condition. Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, a return may be considered in the following situations.

You received the wrong product (different cut, item, or weight than ordered).
The product was delivered in a damaged or spoiled condition.
Items were missing from your order.
Customers must notify us within 2 hours of delivery with order details and clear photo/video proof.

Products that were stored/handled improperly after delivery.
Products returned due to change of mind or personal preference.
