These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.machleez.in (the “Website”) and our mobile application Machleez (the “App”) collectively referred to as the “Services”. By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Return Policy (collectively, the “Policies”). If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. Services Offered
  • Machleez is an online platform that allows users to purchase fresh meat and related food products for delivery.
2. User Responsibilities
  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
  • You agree to provide accurate delivery details (address, contact number, etc.).
  • You are responsible for checking product details before confirming the order.
3. Orders & Pricing
  • All prices listed on the website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise).
  • We reserve the right to modify prices, offers, and availability at any time without prior notice.
  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment and order acknowledgment.
4. Payments
  • Payments are processed securely through PhonePe or other approved payment gateways.
  • You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the payable amount.
5. Delivery
  • We strive to deliver orders within the selected time slot.
  • Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • You are required to be available to receive the order at the delivery address.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Since meat is a perishable product, returns are not accepted once the order is delivered.
  • You may cancel an order before it is processed/dispatched by contacting our support team.
  • If the product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, you must report it within 2 hours of delivery with photo evidence. In such cases, we will provide a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
7. Food Safety Disclaimer
  • We ensure that all meat products are handled, stored, and delivered as per food safety guidelines.
  • However, you are responsible for immediate refrigeration/freezing after delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
  • All images, designs, text, and branding on Machleez are the property of Machleez. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
  • Machleez will not be liable for delays, incorrect addresses, or issues caused by factors outside our control.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the order in dispute.
10. Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Karnataka.
